True, there was some on the avocado, good you mention it, I'll leave it off
next time.
I do not only like salt, I have the feeling I need it as well. Sometimes it
seems to be just an urge, other times it's more a physical feeling like the
crampy legs I had in the beginning of going Paleo. It seems reasonable to me
that we could be the aquatic ape descendents and are genetically disposed to
digest small amounts of salt. Vegetables that are cooked are never with salt,
in saladdressing I eat a bit of the stuff and on meat I love it. Not a lot
compared to SAD but definitely a hint of salt spices up my world.
Do you use salt on meat? Like the lamb from the other day? Does the rest of
the family eat without salt as well?

Nah, not upset, just going to pay more attention when preparing food for
others. I realise that even when cooking Paleo what I make for my family is
eaten anyway but cooking Paleo for others could mean adaptions. Food for
thought (pun intended).
