I am the same with grains. I gained 9 lbs in 2 days about 3 weeks ago by
eating some waffles not mention the skin irritation it caused, ravenous
appetite, and total energy drain. Though it only took about 5 days to drop
the weight, the fast bloat was a sign that grains(not like I didn't already
know) are the death toll to my health. Find a cheat food that doesn't cause
such an upset to your system and occasionally indulge. This for me is
usually some type of homemade dessert such as a smoothy made with frozen
blueberries, bananas, almonds, etc in the blender or just mixed up by hand.
Not very decadent but it does the trick nicely and without the horrendous
after affects that bread or ice cream would have.
