Subject: [PALEOFOOD] Canned Salmon

Hi everybody,

I've recently read that canned salmon has to be wild, due to the fact that
in the canning process they use smaller sized salmons, while farmed salmons
are "harvested" when they reach their maximum dimensions for obvious
economic reasons.

Is it a hoax? Can somebody confirm it?

thanks!

Emiliano
