One more idea.... for gift giving.  Make a huge batch of Ray's great ketchup
from his book, Neanderthin.  Put it in pint Mason or Ball jars.  Attach a
card with the recipe and it's source (his book), then tie a nice ribbon on
it.  If you want to spend a bit more, add a copy of his book, wrapped
nicely.  Add another simple recipe, if you like.... jerky, for example.

Simple (and good!!!)
