How do we know there is such a thing?  Who would tell us that?  People who
perform enemas or sell supplies meant for doing so?  I'm not so sure I buy
the whole thing in the first place.  I mean, it's one of those areas where
they can tell you anything.  How are you going to verify it?

When somebody tells me I need something, the very first question I ask is,
"will this person profit from my following his/her advice?".  If the answer
is yes, the advice is highly suspect...
