it's WAY too big to post to the list, they'd kick me off for sure if i tried
that!  and i hate to presume on how other people eat, maybe everyone
wouldn't want it.  so i've been emailing it individually.

but it is going to be linked up with the paleo food web page soon, so if you
wanted, you could just wait and see it all there.
