>> So are you saying that they are vaccinated for measles because they eat
>> lettuce???

Kendra and Karen:
>No, we did not say that at all. We said we eat a lot of lettuce and
>separately
>from that we do not vaccinate our children nor do we want them eating foods
>altered with added vaccines and such.

Makes sense to me. Yet there is no evidence presented that our foods have
been altered with added vaccines.

>We would not want them getting their daily
>dose of antibiotics through these methods either.

Daily dose of antibiotics? Is this another theory out there somewhere?

>If the foods in questions were
>natural vaccines or natural antibiotics we would not be concerned. We do
>continually research vaccination information and genetically altered foods, as
>well as foods altered to give you something you opted not to have, like
>vaccines.

And you have found that vaccines are in your foods? Antibiotics?

>We are not happy our children might be receiving vaccines through foods
>and will
>try to our best ability to avoid these foods.

What foods are you talking about? An actual food in the real world?
Specific GM food research?

>> Do report on your findings.
>
>Kirt, if you are interested do your own research.

Hmmm...what happened to sharing information of interest to a paleodiet?

>We know of a few people
>interested on this list with regards to vaccinations and foods that may
>contain
>them. We speak with them privately so and do not want to report research
>that you
>can ask "What is one supposed to make of this exchange?" We think that is
>how you
>said it. ;-}

Yeah, that's how I said it. And I'm still wondering. ;)

So instead of sharing actual and reasonable information (research) on the
subject so that I would end up apologizing for my ignorance and thanking
you for setting me straight, you claim I should go find out for myself
because you will only talk privately about such "research"?

>> The question was one of interest, yes. More so in how someone can believe
>> that there is mass vaccination through lettuce going on. Maybe I should
>> just ask for a reference, eh?
>
>Yes, you should if you are interested. We do not think anyone said there
>was mass
>vax through lettuce.

jean-claude questioned the possibility directly. Perhaps he was making a
joke, but there was no smiley. Mary appeared to tacitly second the notion
and added the bit about sprays and bananas. You yourselves seem to fear
that your food supply may contain GM vaccines, and now, antibiotics. If
there is no mass GM vax/antibiotics in the food supply, what are you
talking about???

And, for that matter, why aren't you on Ray's case for supporting
irradiated meats?

>We believed it as an interesting point that might be
>possible. We have heard about the sprays and bananas with vax so we are
>concerned
>with any other foods that might be susceptible to this technology.

Sprays are simply a delivery method. Jane Goodal reported putting polio
medication (physically, not genetically) in bananas to help during an
outbreak in the Gombe chimps. (Nevermind that the chimps were eating a FAR
more natural diet than we are and they still had fatal problems with
polio.) Perhaps someone has thought of the same as a delivery method for
children. Again, simply a delivery method. You make it sound like there is
a secret campaign to genetically modify foods to secretly deliver vaccines
to the general population. Is there such a shortage of conspiracy theories
lately that such ideas resonate?

Cheers,
Kirt
