Dena-- I wouldn't worry at all about condiments like mustard, catsup,
vinegar, and the like.  They will have no impact on your weight, but they
might affect your mood, in a negative way, if you deny yourself them.  I
wouldn't think of eating ground venison without a dollop of mustard and of
ketchup.  I do most of my shopping at a Whole Foods market (Bread and
Circus in Providence, RI), where you can buy low-sodium varieties of most
