Ok, here's mine:

> 1. Why did you originally chose vegetarianism?
1. I found I enjoyed meat less and less until I just gave it up. The
underlying reasons I don't care to guess at.

> 2. What sort of vegetarian diets have you tried and what were the results?
2. no red meat -> hardly any meat -> veggie -> vegan -> hypoglycemia

> 3. What health problems did you have at the end of your vegetarian
> experience?
3. Hypoglycemia, acne

> 4. How did you find out about the Paleo diet?
4. A friend found Neanderthin in the waiting room of a hypnosis clinic,
skimmed it, then told me about it. I searched online and found out
more.

> 5. How long have you been Paleo?
5. Not 100% yet, getting there...

> 6. What health improvements have you experienced on Paleo?
6. Eliminating dairy cleared up my arthritis and carpal tunnel
symptoms. The rest (especially no grains) has allowed me to control
hypo. Adding meat back doesn't seem to have really made a noticeable
difference.

> 7. What further health improvements do you wish to make?
7. Gain some weight finally! Every hypo crash robs me of any muscle I
gain above my 'natural' weight. Beyond that just getting to a point
where I don't even have to think about hypo anymore would be a blessing.
