Ready for another 'fine points' argument? I consider grains and seeds
paleo in small amounts, seasonally. Just depends on which seeds and how
often. For people who react badly to some grains, like me, it is best
to avoid them altogether, but I think that is more the result of long
term over consumption than anything.
