I don't know the name they just put a few electrodes to my legs and hands.
It was supposed to measure my overbody fat not only underskin fat. It gave
the composition of muscules, fat, water, etc.

True, see my other post. At the moment I'm at about 180 lb so I'm not
hitting my genetic limitations ( 6f height) so it's probably easier to gain
muscules now.
