Todd, I posted a question to the list last week about
Anchell's diet. I'm not sure if anyone addressed it
because I'm not sure if I've been receiving all my
mail.

So far, what I've read regarding Pyruvate has been
related to supplementing the diet with it to *promote*
weight loss. How can this be? Is it possible there
might a problem with fat mobilization of the Pyruvate
levels are too high --or-- too low? Is there any
indication of this contradiction in your research so
far?

Have you posted your progress so far this week?
