I was thinking from switching from ketogenic to non ketogentic versions
of Neanderthin. I know I can handle about 30 effective grams of carbs and
be in ketosis, so when I am on I do meat, some nuts and celery/lettuce,
and can meet the RDA for all but riboflaven and calcium, which are over 80%.

When off I can add some fruit to the mix.

I assume you are refering to Neanders warning about going off the neander
diet.

That pemmican sounds neet. If I were in the military I would be tempted
to use it instead of the crap they normally use.
It lasts for decades, does it still do so under heat? [say left in a car
in Texas]
