I excluded it based on my own reactions - it makes it more
difficult to keep low body fat. Same with nuts BTW for me, so
I really don't eat those anymore. Others might see the same
reactions.

I now just stick to meats (yea I know, lots :-),
vegetables (mostly cooked) and fruits --
that's what makes me feel and look best.
