Well, at that time, EAS didn't have the huge line of supplements that
it has
now. If you believe that Bill Phillips (or who ever it was that
initially
wrote about this idea) believes this idea really works then you truly
know
absolutely nothing about bodybuilding. Bill used to be quite a
bodybuilder
himself. He knows what works in the real world, and he also knows
that this
2 week massing, 2 week cutting crap doesn't work - but he also knows
that it
sells supplements.

If he did, then the trainess were either untrained to begin with or
they
were doing something seriously wrong before. Or, many times, the
researchers embellish the results.

I knew more about what works and what doesn't work in upper echelon
bodybuilding at the age or 13 than you will ever know in your entire
life.
I will continue to make any judgment I damn well please. I've trained
and
competed successfully both naturally and drugged up. I also know many
successfuly bodybuilders (I'm talking the NPC level amaeteurs, not
local
boys), and I discuss "in the trenches" bodybuilding with them
frequently.
Perhaps you should learn a thing or 2 about bodybuilding before you
continue
to make judgments?
