Hey, take it to the media.  You have two angles.  No, three.  One, they lied
to you.  Two, they screwed an older customer, very politically incorrect.
Forgive me if I'm wrong, but didn't you once mention your age?  Three, he
may have been lying to you to keep you from using alternative health care
and losing money.  If you're in a too tiny town, the last angle may be too
much for a reporter to swallow (no pun intended).  But if you ARE an older
customer, they'll be all over it like white on rice.  Or, hopefully.
