A note for Australian list members:

CATALYST - Special Report: The Atkins Diet
Thursday April 8, 8pm on ABC TV
This two-part Catalyst special report puts the Atkins Diet to the test. Does
it work and if so why? The Atkins diet says that eating fat can make you
thin. It says you don't need to bother watching the calories. Rene
Zellweger, Geri Halliwell and a host of other celebrities swear by it. But
many scientists think it is scientific nonsense. Some even believe it is
dangerous. This special report from the BBC's science program Horizon cuts
through the confusion and provides the answers.

As most people here will know, Atkins is not the same as Paleo. However, I
think that there is sufficient overlap between the two for this to be of
interest.
