All you hard-core bodybuilder types:
My husband has been on the paleo diet for a month and a half now. He is down
to a 36" waist, from a 38. He is slimming down marvelously. However, he has
a spare tire that still jiggles and he wants to know what you guys recommend
for further weight loss? (he swims one hour daily, runs several times a
week, eats VERY strictly, and drinks only water and green tea) He is an
almost forty-year-old recovered carb-addict...<grin>
