about the eggs ....i read in the Protein Power Lifeplan that
scrambling
eggs-breaking the yolks & exposing them to heat, causes a change in

i don't have all the exact facts they stated here with me at this
time.
what do any of you know about this, and is it something to really be
concerned with???...i eat probably about 4-6 eggs a week, and only eat
them
in a scrambled or
well done mixed up yolk/white style. i cannot eat them any other way.
they
just don't taste good to me in other forms.
