Yes, I think that might be it.  Although I am convinced that Paleo is a
healthy WOL, the most natural diet for human beings, yet it makes me pretty
sick when I stick to it faithfully.  Mornings are the worst.  I have been
able to add some meat back into my diet (was veg for 10 yrs) but it has to be
LEAN or else I get a sick, queasy feeling and a general heavy, yucky feeling.
 I am disappointed because I was expecting to feel much better with this WOE.


Is my metabolism rejecting the new diet?  I have been experimenting with it
for a few months now and I wonder how much longer it will take to adapt, or
if I should just make do with a healthy mixed diet instead. ~ Cathy
