If I eat too much carbs in the morning (and one big apple it too much for
me) my hunger gets messed up for the entire day.
If I eat meat/fat with some leafy stuff it's OK.
In the past I observed that I feel better (but still not perfect) if I fast
till noon but it was simply the result of not eating carbs in the morning
rather than eating breakfast.
