Ray Audette cured himself of diabetes by lowering the carbohydrate content
of his diet. He was focused on eating natural foods--not glycemic index. But
this approach completely eliminated his diabetic condition within a couple
of weeks. Glycemic index may not be the only thing to look at. But it is
certainly an important consideration for people with blood sugar problems.
