I eat cocoa beans raw and this for many years ,enjoy them a lot and are
impossible to eat when the body don't need them ,the taste at that point is
unpleasantly bitter.
when in need they really feel good ,the theobromine in the raw state is
working at its best.
the pulp of the fresh fruit is also very sweet tasting .
