all seeds can be sprouted but some don't very easely if the envelopp have
been removed like rice , wild rice,  or oat . Not  all commercially
available rices are sproutable ( some strange treatments ?) but i succeded
with some organic ones.
>rice is one of my favor with real spelt ( not crossed with wheat) .WHeat
have been rejected by instinctive eaters because bred too much and having no
clear instincticve stop.
