Oliva > What a shame.  It's one of my favorites.  Do you have an example
of the taste in mind?  I've never eaten lousy pemmican.  My grandmother
taught me how to make it as a child.  She used dried wild blueberries
in it.

Oh, I LOVE it now.  But imagine going from a SAD orientation, with its
attendant warnings about the dangers of red meat and saturated fat, and
being offered a lump of homemade pemmican!  Let's just say it was
counterintuitive.
