Are you still gaining LBM at an appreciable rate?  I have tried
this sort of plan (based on your web page, in fact), but my LBM
stays at about 183 lbs., according to immersion and/or caliper
testing.  Of course, at 6'1", an LBM of 183 lbs. probably puts me
close to the statistical top of the range for my height.

A lot of aerobic exercise that I see involves mostly the legs.
My feeling is that this is an inefficient approach,  since the
goal should be to recruit a maximum amount of muscle tissue in
fat-burning activity.  I don't claim to have figured out the best
way to do this yet.
