I have tried apple cider vinegar and have been using enzymes for a very long
time. None ever helped and I have not eaten a SAD in a very long time. The
problems actually began as I was already close to paleo eating. I have also
been taking various probiotics for a long time. While I don't like
supplementing with HCL either, I dislike the way I feel after eating if I
don't take it even more. I guess I will try to figure out the actual cause
and go from there. For now I am enjoying the fact that I can eat meals again
without feeling miserable.

>Let us know how your diet is.

This is a typical day for me. My protein sources are chicken, buffalo,
turkey, fish, elk, ostrich sometimes, red meat only occasionally (not crazy
about it). Quantities are estimated.

Green tea when I get up
A few bites of protein

Breakfast:
        1/2 large avocado
        5 - 7 oz protein

Lunch:
        3 - 4 cups veggies lightly cooked
        5 - 7 oz protein
        1 tbsp coconut oil.

Snack:
1 cup veggies raw or lightly cooked
        5 - 7 oz protein
        1 tbsp coconut oil

Dinner:
        Big salad
        Olive oil or coconut oil
        5 - 7 oz protein

Snack:
A little more protein if I do have a snack in the evening

Thanks,
Kristina
