I would add that I have benefited from supplementation of
vitamins A and D.

Stacie's point is valid.  We do *not* live under paleo
conditions, nor do we eat genuinely paleo foods, most of us.  Nor
should we assume that all historical paleo diets were
nutritionally optimal.
