url of the source of that claim is long forgotten, anyway it it proven true
for me. Does your husband know of http://www.afibbers.org/ (don't need to be
a member - link current bulletin board).
Maybe depends how much per day, and mixed as in cooky might reduce that
effect.. I could use about 1/2 teaspoon per day, but thought that inadequate
as a source of saturated fat.

Other than butter, the quest for fat continues.
