My food coop sells nine different types of mushrooms*. I have been
mostly eating the cremini. But I have been wondering if there are
nutritional differences, and should I be eating a variety of them.
Searching online I found one page comparing one type raw versus
another type stir-fried.

Has anyone any idea about this? Or know how to dig into the databases?

* The types:

bunashimeji brown beech, organic
enoki
eryngii king trumpet, organic
maitake bag or cup, organic
oyster
cremini, organic
portobello with and without stems, organic
shiitake, organic
white, 8oz cups or loose, organic
