i am sorry ken you don't see the connection  but when i read this

i see that i am doing just that : sharing knowledge on dietary and health
issue .

 In my mind i can't exclude the "politic" of food production and
commercialisation , in my sharing of experiences in the realm of paleodiet .
the taken over of foods production and distribution by big corporations in
the last decades have everything  to do why food quality and choices have
been soooo degraded .
Paleo hunters and gatherers could enjoy the quality of life and eat the way
they ate because they din't gave away  their power to entities that are not
there to serve but to makes a profit . They were entirelly responsible for
what was entering their mouth .
Unless we question the circonstances that brought the need for a list like
that , we are just pleasing our intellects .

In the context of supermarkets and industrial production of foods there is
no paleo choices possible .

My priority is to share my experience of the importance of the quality of
foods .
contrary to published authors ,  i have no interest in watering down
paleodiet to a discourse   "acceptable"  to irresponsible "customers " of
the paleo idea .( here is the connection with the" low carb bread ".)

Iresponsible is not a  value judgement it is what happens when peoples are
disconnected with the source of their problems and are by consequence unable
to respond .

the response of the industry to the raising of the paleo awareness in the
public is pitifull and symptomatic of  their agenda .: not selling foods but
"ideas". ( again i am going to share my experience as a producer there is
way  more money in "ideas" that in quality foods.)
