Perhaps you're allergic to something you're eating.  That can also cause hypoglycemic
episodes.  You might try an elimination diet: start with something innocuous like lamb, gradually
add low-allergen foods, see if anything starts giving you trouble.

Another possibility is not enough fat.  Or are you getting caffeine (such as from many cups of
tea?) or sweet spices (cinnamon, cloves, etc.,) which raise insulin.  I can get really hooked
on spicey teas with lots of cinnamon, but it is not good for me: starts the cravings going,
gives me sugar crashes.

Too much cabbage-family veggies, especially raw, can play havoc with your thyroid.
Be sure to cook them if you eat them, and don't eat in really large quantities.

Or maybe while you're nursing, you're just going to have to eat lots of food.
When I was nursing (long ago) I ate SAD, not knowing any better, so have not
had experience with paleo nursing (but it must work somehow, or we wouldn't
all be here..... :-)
