I just lift weights and do no aerobics -- except walking.
I would like to know more too from their experience
about how the 'paleofitness' plan works and needs to be modified
for women.

Yes, I put a link at the very bottom of my web page. We were
giving 'Jack' a workout :-). Joining us were Marylee and Laura
on Saturday -- and later we (without Jack)
went to Fogo de Chao and ate gobs of meat -- yumm!
