Mary asked:
Can anyone recommend a good brand of cod liver oil?

>I've posted this to the list before:

>Carlson Cod Liver Oil is the best product we've found. The lemon flavor is
>the biggest seller at our local natural foods store. It's the one we use
>daily, spooned over cooked leafy green or mixed veggies at the table or
>mixed with a little lemon juice, crumbled herbs, mustard, and finely ground
>unrefined sea salt, and spooned over salad as a dressing.

My husband and I have seen/heard of a lot of children who've experienced
significant health improvements upon taking this daily (usually 1 tsp. per
day for childre; 1-2 tsp. for adults; less for toddlers).
