Glasses merely delay the inevitable, sigh.  Although they do come in handy, yep.  I can tell a noticeable differance in my vision since eating some stuff I shouldn't have, it's true.

While it may not improve your vision and while I still require eyeglasses, I
did experience vision improvements early on in the diet--especially my night
vision--and other people in this forum and other people I know have said
they experienced vision improvements while on a Paleo diet. That doesn't
mean everyone will experience this, just that some people may. I find that
many people underestimate the potential benefits of a Paleo diet. One should
never discount the possibility of improvement of a disorder through the
ancestral way of eating until researching it and checking with others first.
I wish I had a nickel for every time that someone said something along the
lines of "A Paleo diet won't improve...." that turned out to be a
false
assumption. :-)
