Well, I was pointing out what the programme said not the article...

I'm not denying that we are deprived of omega-3 fats, nor that
supplementing them is not helpful, just that it's attacking one small
part of the problem (our fat intake is wrong), and distracting us
from the main issue (our whole diet is wrong).
