I'd advise weightlifting and other intense physical activities. He needs a
stimulus to adapt to. Olympic sprinters look the way they do not just
beacause they're lucky. Their bodies have adapted to their lifestyle. Your
friend has adapted to a low-intensity exercise regimen. - Mike
