   Slow down and take a deep breath. Look at things in a broader
perspective. If humans were so sensitive to these things, there is no way we
would have become the dominant species on Earth, occupying every conceivable
geographical and climatalogical niche, eating whatever is found there.

Don't read so much. Most things are just someone's opinion (including this)
or poorly designed and/or inconclusive "scientific" studies.
