We have some pretty good ideas about it, but there is no absolute
concensus. This is partly because our ancestors had rather varying
diets, depending on the location and the times in which they lived.
It is probably easier to agree on what they did NOT eat and eliminate
that (such as grains, dairy, excessive carbs/sugar, beans).

Yep, this is the support list for those who follow the woe described
in 'NeanderThin' by Ray Audette. Probably the best starting point for you.
