Paleo ancestors never did.

We cannot even pretend to make a supposition as to whether - or not -
sausages are paleo. Having the means and the materials means they *could*
have been made, but it does not mean they *were* made. Classifying them as
paleo - or not - is an excercise in futility.

And which paleo ancestors would we be talking about? 1.3 million years ago?
350,000 years ago? 75,000 years ago? 20,000 years ago? It's the same
problem whenever we try to classify something as "paleo".
