Much as I'd like to claim eating only "food as supplement" (so-called 
superfoods like blueberries, sardines, avacado, etc); I must admit to 
taking a multi and a prostate formula, as well as fish oil. It's not a daily 
ritual with me, but I do take them.

Don't know why, but when I read this I had a mental picture of
myself with spear in hand "stalking" through the meat isle at my local
Wal-Mart :)

Interesting. I've been bicycling to work on a daily basis and get loads of 
sun. It would be interesting to get that test done and see where I'm at..
