This is going to sound weird,  but to avoid stains from tea or coffee, I
sip it threw a straw.  My mother taught me that when I was very young.
She was a photographers model before she had us kids and that was one of
her tricks to not only keep her teeth white, but to keep from ruining her
lipstick.
