like many of the truely raw foods they are not available in stores . I am
getting them thru exchange with a friend living in the  french carrabean
island "la martinique".( he get the salmon or shrimps i get the cocoa  and
dry  tropical fruits )

They are systematically roasted before exportation but big chocolate maker
might be able to get them raw , I used to work in a big chocolate factory in
France ( as a teen ager ) but i don't remember if they were getting the raw
stuff .
