I agree with Todd. I noticed that I need to control my fat cravings
otherwise I eat fat till get sick. My carb cravings are gone,  I cannot
finish the banana since it seems to sweet for me.
But give me something fatty and I eat till bloated. It was probably good
habit in the past when fat intake was restricted but nowdays when we can
store pounds of fat in the fridge we must simply control it.
The same is with salt.
