hello Gerry

i am addisonian for 23 years and have been eating a raw paleo diet for 13
years .
i changed straight from a vegetarian diet based on whole grains vegetables
and dairy.

it have been a huge release on my system ,before after each meals i was
feeling like poisonned in my body ( i think it was my muscles getting tense
and dehydrated ) for 2 hours . it was completelly gone right away as a
constant feeling of anxiety in my lower abdomen . i was practicing
instinctive eating one food at a time raw undenatured and whole chosen by
sense of smell and regulated in quantity by sense of taste . So it was a
rather primitive diet before fire .
In the context of unatural availability of foods ( due to domestication )
eating that way had its set of problem related top too much fruit
consumption ( up to 50 % ) .
After 8 years of abusing fruits i started to pay the price (agravated teeth
decay , fatty acids deficiency , candida and hypoglycemia , eczema ....)

I changed my diet toward way more meat consumption way more animal fats ( 50
percent average ) and started to season my vegetables to eat more of them .

following this diet work very well for me and i think every addisonian will
benefit from a low carbonhydrate intake considering we are susceptible to
episodes of hypoglycemia .
also cutting all grains who have proven themselves to be triggers for
autoimmune response ( in a french study with autoimmune rhumatism) is very
important .It makes sense considering our genetic before the neolithic
revolution never encountered those molecules ,same with dairy .

there is a paleo diet email list that is full of supportive infos in its
archives [log in to unmask]
