Hi Elizabeth,
I eat plenty of nuts, almonds and chestnuts. But my eyes don't itch at all.
They're just red and watery. Doesn't feel like allergy, but still I haven't
got a clue of what it might be. Plus, I like the way they look... I was just
curious.
