One of my pet peeves relating to the Net is people that don't post the
exact URL (or don't post it at all) and instead post the URL for the top of
the site and expect everyone of their readers to hunt around the site to
find the article.

In this case we have someone that cut off the top of the article before
posting it to the list. To see the entire article go to:

http://abcnews.go.com/sections/science/DailyNews/cookingfire990810.html

I find the article filled with speculation and with little evidence that
man has been controlling fire for 1.9 million years.
