Omega 3 is listed as 0.3 g
omega 6 is 0.6 g
vit. E 30%
B12 25%
cholesterol 210 mg
These are Québec eggs, I spend most time in the forest (snowy) near Messines.

the last Ottawa eggs are
Omega 3 0.4g
omega 6 0.8g
vit. E 21%
B12 34%
cholesterol 170 mg
Seems the merchants have flexible standards.  :-)
