Gerard Farrell asked:

 > And have you noticed any benefits from taking the D?

No. But I'm still a couple weeks away from my next bone densiotometry test.

Ashley Moran asked:

 >Are there any foods that provide high levels of vitamin D? Am I right
 >in saying that fish, liver and eggs are a source?

I also eat a lot of fish, which do have a lot of D. So does liver, but I
only eat that in the winter when I don't eat a lot of fish. I don't know

Don.
