Well according to the USDA data, each slice will contain 2 g of
digestible carbs. So you can eat 10% more of them now ;)

The following figures are percentages, or grams per 100 grams.

Arrowroot flour:
Water (g) 11.370
Protein (g) 0.300
Total lipid (fat) (g) 0.100
Carbohydrate, by difference (g) 88.150
Ash (g) 0.080
--
Fiber, total dietary (g) 3.400

Interestingly though, while the flour has almost no protein, the tuber
itself is 80% water, 4% protein and 13% carb:

Arrowroot, raw
Refuse: 15 % Peel
Scientific Name: Maranta arundinacea
Nutr Nutr_Val
Water (g) 80.750
Protein (g) 4.240
Total lipid (fat) (g) 0.200
Carbohydrate, by difference (g) 13.380
Ash (g) 1.420

Fiber, total dietary (g) 1.300

So, you if you buy whole arrowroots, dry them and grind them to flour
yourself you could presumably get the carb content down to 1.3 g per
slice. That way you can eat almost twice as much!!

No, that looks more like a percentage. The USDA database shows 13.86%
carbs for pecan nuts.

Here's a breakdown of pecan nuts. I assume the Pecan Meal you're buying
is pure pecan nuts, not some nasty mixture of nuts and flour (watch out
for that... calling something "flour" seems to be the OK to add all
sorts of stuff to it, usually 25% wheat flour).
